The ADRs page

The Application Data Records page shows the twenty most recent ADRs that have a negative return code.

The following information is shown:

  1. Name, the application name.

  2. ID, the application’s unique ID.

  3. Start, the application’s start time.

  4. Duration, the application’s duration.

  5. Result, the return code (this will be a negative number).

  6. Call from, the caller line identification, not applicable to outbound applications.

  7. Application parameters, the application parameters list.

  8. Outbound parameters, the outbound application parameters.

This page will update every few seconds.

In order to view the trace that has been generated for a particular ADR, click on the relevant application name. This will extract the trace for that application instance from the logs and save it to a new file. The file contents will be displayed in a new window, it will also be available for download under the Logs tag until it is deleted.

Some ADRs may not have any associated trace, for instance if the application did not start.

Clicking the Hide parameters icon will remove Application parameters and Outbound parameters from the table. This can be useful if the argument strings make the table too cluttered.
